Duncan “D-Squared” Dversdall is the Assistant to the Commander for Special Programs and Chief of the Center Special Programs Division, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Plans and Programs Directorate, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  He advises the Center Commander and Senior Staff to enable development, fielding and sustainment of SAP weapon systems by facilitating integration across the Center through access, awareness and oversight.  He provides knowledge and assistance on all aspects of SAP activities, including accesses, facilities, personnel, information technology and policy.

After retiring from Active Duty, Mr. Dversdall served as the Chief Engineer for the DoD Anti-Tamper Program office directing technology and assessment efforts for technology protection across the DoD.
