CHIEF - DUNCAN DVERSDALL

Duncan Dversdall is the Assistant to the Commander for Special Programs and Chief of the Center Special Programs Division, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Plans and Programs Directorate, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  He advises the Center Commander and Senior Staff to enable development, fielding and sustainment of SAP weapon systems by facilitating integration across the Center through access, awareness and oversight.  He provides knowledge and assistance on all aspects of SAP activities, including accesses, facilities, personnel, information technology and policy.

After retiring from active duty, Dversdall served as the Chief Engineer for the DoD Anti-Tamper Program office directing technology and assessment efforts for technology protection across the DoD.

MISSION

Provide enterprise management and oversight to AFLCMC special access program (SAP) activities. 


 

ACSP

Main responsibilities:
  • Advise Commander, PEOs and senior staff on Special Access Programs to enable development, fielding and life-cycle sustainment of Air Force SAPs
  • Provide oversight and coordinate inspection of Center SAP functions
  • Deliver knowledge and assistance to AFLCMC Commander on access, facilities, personnel, IT and policy

SAP POLICY AND PROCESSES

Main responsibilities:
  • Support Commander, PEOs and Directors to enable integration and collaboration of SAP activities across AFLCMC enterprise
  • Sourcing SCIF/SAPF requirements; Pursuing enterprise management



 

SAP IT INFRASTRUCTURE

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with policy and oversight requirements from AF SAP Central Office (SAF/AAZ); Conduct SAP Security Inspections
  • Providing SAP specialized training to units
