MEET SENIOR MASTER SERGEANT ELISE REDZINIAK

SMSgt Elise Redziniak is the First Sergeant of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. She provides leadership for over 60 CONUS and OCONUS units while serving 28,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Furthermore, she advises the commander on a wide range of topics including the health, morale, esprit de corps, and discipline of all assigned members. She also coordinates crisis resolutions with local referral agencies and makes quality recommendations for all annual performance reports, decorations, promotions, retraining, and assignment actions. She provides guidance and leadership in matters of customs and courtesies, personal appearance, supervisory roles, mentoring, education, self-improvement, and career opportunities. 

SMSgt Redziniak was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and was raised in Inverness, Florida. She enlisted in the Air Force in December 2005. Her background includes various duties within the Diagnostic Imaging career field. She attended the Diagnostic Imaging Phase I and Phase II Course from February 2006- March 2007. 
Prior to her current position, she served as the First Sergeant for the 7 Munitions Squadron, Dyess AFB, Texas. She assumed her current duties in October 2020. SMSgt Redziniak deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist in July 2009.
