ACQUISITION INTEL DIVISION EGLIN AFB, FLORIDA (AFLCMC/INM)

Identify and meet all life cycle intelligence requirements for weapons system acquisition activities at Eglin AFB.

ACQUISITION INTEL DIVISION, ROBINS AFB GEORGIA (AFLCMC/ING)

Provide Intelligence Support to Acquisition, Threat Support, Special Security Office (SSO) Support, and Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Communication support to installation and center customers at Robins AFB.

SPECIAL INTEL DIVISION, WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, OHIO (AFLCMC/INZ)

Supports Air Force development S&T efforts with world-class intelligence expertise. Functions as the ONLY CPA organization for Air Force special projects and early acquisition efforts.

ACQUISITION INTEL DIVISION, HANSCOM AFB, MASSACHUSETTS (AFLCMC/INH)

Engage Programs, Projects and Development Planning to enable SCI access and linkage to AF and National Intel Communities in order to address Intel Supportability and Adversary/Threat Considerations. 

ACQUISITION INTEL DIVISION, TINKER AFB, OKLAHOMA (AFLCMC/INB)

Enhance the mission effectiveness and survivability of Tinker-managed weapons system in future conflicts, and support intelligence-sensitive new acquisitions and modification to minimize disruption to program cost, schedule and performance. 

ACQUISITION INTEL DIVISION, HILL AFB UTAH (AFLCMC/INL)

Identify and meet all lifecycle intelligence requirements and provide all-source intelligence support, Force Protection, Special Security Office (SSO), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication Services (JWICS) support for acquisition programs at Hill AFB.

FOREIGN MILITARY SALES INTEL DIVISION, WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, OHIO (AFLCMC/INF)

Provide comprehensive Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) subject matter expertise support to USAF Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

COLONEL ALLISON M. GALFORD - DIRECTOR OF INTELLIGENCE

Col. Allison M. Galford is Director of Intelligence for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. In this role, she is responsible for leading over 178 analysts and engineers at eight geographically separated locations in providing Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) analysis, information, and support for developing and sustaining warfighting systems, focusing primarily on threat definition and assessments, geospatial information and services, and ISR Infrastructure.
 
Prior to her current assignment, Col. Galford was the Commander, Air Force ROTC Detachment 640, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. She was responsible for the training of officer candidates during their undergraduate college studies, the teaching of academic courses on Air Force structure, history, leadership, and management, and the commissioning as lieutenants of those who successfully complete the program.
 
Col. Galford has 23 years of intelligence operations and instructor experience, having served in a variety of assignments supporting missions of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, United States Air Force Academy, Pacific Air Forces, United  States Air Forces Europe and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. She conducted targeting and unit-level intelligence operations, open source and imagery intelligence, planning and programming and has served as an instructor in three assignments. Additionally, Col. Galford completed deployments in the EUCOM and CENTCOM regions serving as a collection manager in the former and chief of information operations in the latter.

MR. GAVIN L. KETCHEN - DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF INTELLIGENCE

Mr. Gavin L. Ketchen is the Deputy Director of Intelligence for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.  He is responsible for providing timely Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) analysis, information, and support for developing and sustaining warfighting systems, focusing primarily on intelligence mission data, threat definition and assessments, geospatial information and services, and ISR infrastructure.
 
Mr. Ketchen entered the Air Force in 1984 after graduating from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. He was first assigned as a project engineer working Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile integration issues prior to his selection for pilot training. He earned his pilot wings in 1986 and served as a T-37 first assignment instructor pilot and then flew the F-111 in Europe, deploying in support of operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  In 1994, he was selected as one of twelve initial cadre B-2 instructor pilots at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, and served as the weapons and tactics officer as well as operations officer.  While on the Air Staff at the Pentagon, Mr. Ketchen was assigned to the Checkmate Division as Chief, Stealth Applications, and then Chief of the Central Command/Southern Command Branch.  He helped shape the air strategy and combat plans for operations in Southwest Asia. He later commanded the 393rd Bomb Squadron, flying the B-2 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from a forward operating location.  He served as Chief, Information Operations, Headquarters United States Pacific Command, where he was responsible for Pacific theater information operations in cooperation with allies and partner nations.  He was also a part of Pacific Command strategic communication efforts in support of the combatant commander’s theater engagement strategy.  Upon returning to the mainland, he served as the Vice Commander, 7th Bomb Wing, Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, flying the B-1B.  On his last active duty Air Force assignment, he served as United States Senior Defense Official, and Defense and Air Attaché to Australia.  Mr. Ketchen entered civilian service in April 2011.
