Col Jennifer Mapp is the Portfolio Acquisition Executive at the Presidential and Executive Airpower Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio . She directs lifecycle planning and execution for the VC-25B Presidential Aircraft Recapitalization and the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) programs, while overseeing sustainment for the VC-25A, E-4B, C-12, C-21, C-37, and C-40 fleets. Additionally, she leads the Looking Glass-Next program, recapitalizing critical components of the E-6B mission.

Mapp entered the Air Force as an enlisted Contract Specialist in October 2000, later earning her commission through Officer Training School in April 2005. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple contracting assignments across both operational wings and systems acquisition program offices. Col Mapp commanded the 55th Contracting Squadron and the 380th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron and served as the Junior Executive Officer to the 22nd Chief of Staff of the Air Force. She also served as a Program Element Monitor for the USAF weapons portfolio and as the Materiel Leader for weapons integration on the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter, where she directed a $2 billion portfolio integrating global weapon requirements across all three aircraft variants. Notably, her deployment record includes three combat tours in support of operations in Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Prior to her current assignment, she served as the Director of the White House Task Force RAPTOR, where she integrated efforts across the White House Military Office, the Department of War, United States Air Force stakeholders, and industry to accelerate all capabilities supporting the Air Force One mission. Additionally, she served as the Transition Lead for the Direct Reporting Portfolio Manager for Critical Major Weapon Systems, where she led the standup of the new organization and mission.
