The RSO’s approach to identifying, applying, and scaling new and modernized sustainment technologies is heavily dependent on collaborations across industry, academia, and government.  Accomplishing this involves challenging traditional approaches and a willingness to act as an agent of change. The RSO actively engages with academia, national labs, Department of Defense, federal organizations, and industry to capitalize on their capabilities and initiatives.
