Contracting (PK) focuses on establishing and maintaining the contract as well as the Contractor's obligation to follow the terms and conditions of the contract in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Program Management (PM) focuses on the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a program to meet the program requirements and to obtain benefits and control not available by managing projects individually.

Financial Management (FM) focuses on ensuring accuracy, transparency, and integrity while effectively handling program money through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of funds to assure the proper accounting of finances by the Contractor and the Government for each program.

Logistics (LG) focuses on the process of planning and executing the efficient transportation and storage of goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption in order to meet customer program requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Engineering (EN) focuses on providing advised, experienced counsel on issues that are critical to the well-being and health of our nation and its future, including the well-being and health of our allies and partner nations and their future.
