Col Carlos A. Quiñones is Program Executive Officer (PEO) for the Training Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. In this position he leads over 1,500 personnel in the management and execution of a portfolio valued at $22.3 Billion. The Directorate’s four Divisions, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tinker Air Force Base, and Hill Air Force Base, provide materiel solutions and acquisition life cycle management for the T-7 Red Hawk Aircraft, Legacy Training Aircraft, Advanced Training Capabilities and Simulators.
Prior to his current position, Col Quiñones was the Deputy Program Executive Officer for the Agile Combat Support Directorate. In this position he supported the PEO in leading more than 1,600 military and civilian personnel. The directorate provided materiel solutions and acquisition life cycle management for simulators, support equipment and vehicles, electronic warfare, avionics, human systems, automatic test systems, metrology and calibration to meet Air Force operational needs.
