SMSgt Todd Wireman bio photo SMSgt Todd Jacob Wireman is the First Sergeant for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He serves as the commanders’ focal point for monitoring the health, welfare, discipline, and morale of the centers 28,000 total force Airmen. He also serves as the commander’s principal advisor on quality force actions and mentors Airmen assigned to the unit on career progression, education, retraining, retention, retirement and separation programs. Sergeant Wireman is the commander’s liaison for medical recovery and support programs. Additionally, he acts as the unit representative on a myriad of advisory, disciplinary, and support boards for two Command Chief Master Sergeants and several military and family support agencies. Finally, as an expeditionary leader, he ensures personnel comply with Air Force and organizational policies, sustaining a mission ready force.
