18th Annual VENDOR INDUSTRY DAY



Please join us for the 18th Annual BES Vendor Industry Day (VID) on May 20, 2026, 1:25 – 4:00 p.m., at the Renaissance Hotel & Spa, located at 201 Tallapoosa Street in downtown Montgomery, Alabama following the conclusion of the AFCEA Montgomery IT Summit (MITS) on May 20, 2026.  
 
VID is an annual event that brings together government, military, and contractor personnel in a collaborative environment as we share updates and information from the Directorate and provide insight into upcoming acquisition opportunities.   
 
This no cost event is open to all government, military, and Industry, but registration is required to attend.

BES Event Communication

The Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) vendor industry events work to bring current and potential industry partners together to receive presentations from BES leadership and program leads on BES mission, direction, upcoming opportunities and challenges.

Vendor Industry Day (VID) is held annually during the spring and features acquisition briefings by government personnel which focus on current and future business opportunities across the enterprise.
