The Business and Enterprise Systems portfolio is comprised of 130 programs, 2,200 military, civil service and contractor support personnel located at three bases throughout the United States with a total annual budget of $1 billion and provides enterprise contract vehicles valued at $32B. The organization acquires, modernizes, operates and sustains operational business information technology systems for the Air Force and the Department of Defense.



 

ZACHARY C. GRAY - DPEO, BUSINESS AND ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS DIRECTORATE

Col Zachary Gray headshotColonel Zachary C. Gray is the Deputy Program Executive Officer for Business Enterprise Systems (BES) and Deputy Director for Air Force Business Enterprise Systems Directorate. In this role, he leads a 2,500-member cross-functional team of military, civil service, and contractor support personnel across three geographic locations. The BES team develops, operates, and supports over 140 information technology programs with an annual budget exceeding one billion dollars.

Chief Master Sergeant Marques J. Neal is the Senior Enlisted Leader of the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex, Alabama. He serves as the principle senior enlisted leader and advisor to the Program Executive Officer on all matters influencing the health, morale, welfare, training, readiness, professional development, quality of life and effective utilization of more than 2,100 military and civilian employees. He supports Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Gunter and personnel at three bases throughout the United States with a total funding of $1.025 billion. The organization acquires, operates and sustains operational support information technology systems for the Air Force and the Department of Defense.
