On 28 and 29 August, a bipartsian group of staffers from Ohio elected officials gathered at Wright-Patterson AFB to tour multiple base facilities. Staffers heard a presentation on the eight centers represented at WPAFB, including AFMC, AFLCMC, 88ABW, NASIC, NSIC, ARRL, AFIT and NMUSAF. The staffers also learned about USAF operational imperatives.
