OBJECTIVE

LT. GEN. SHAUN Q. MORRIS - COMMANDER OF THE AIR FORCE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT CENTER AND PEO OF RAPID SUSTAINMENT OFFICE

Lt. Gen. Shaun Q. Morris, is the Commander of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The center is responsible for total life cycle management for aircraft, engines, munitions, electronic, computer, network, cyber, and agile combat support systems. The center employs more than 28,000 people and has a budget of approximately $258 billion.
 
The general also serves as the Program Executive Officer for the Rapid Sustainment Office, organized under AFLCMC and is responsible for finding ways to save money and improve efficiencies in the sustainment of aircraft and other weapon systems throughout the Air Force fleet. RSO focus areas include robotics and automation, advanced manufacturing, and condition-based maintenance plus.

 

RODNEY S. STEVENS - DEPUTY PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR RAPID SUSTAINMENT OFFICE

Rodney Stevens is the Deputy Program Executive Officer and Deputy Director for the Rapid Sustainment Office, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.  He is responsible for leading a lean organization to rapidly field sustainment capabilities by leveraging mature, new, and emerging technologies at the speed of relevance to reduce sustainment costs and improve the readiness of Air Force fleets.   
 
In his previous assignment, Stevens was the Director of Staff, Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Directorate where he was responsible for the daily staff operations in support of the Directorate’s nine Divisions spanning four Air Force Bases while providing strategic-level programmatic counsel for the modernization and sustainment of a fleet of over 4,400 aircraft valued at $96B. 
 
Rodney Stevens entered federal civil service in August 2019 as a senior acquisition program manager.
