Kim M. Brown, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of Logistics and Logistics Services, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Ms. Brown serves as the Director for the Center Senior Functional for Logistics, overseeing all activities for life cycle logistics and product support management. She provides program and resource support to 10 Program Executive Officers and approximately 400 programs and is responsible for more than 3,800 life cycle logisticians.

MISSION: Maximizing AFLCMC's ability to acquire, develop, and sustain product support and services by generating the best possible logistics solutions through cultivating the workforce to meet National Defense Strategy requirements.

VISION: The source for Product Support expertise, generating transformational solutions to continue shaping the logistics enterprise of the future.

Create and execute standards for development, certification, hiring, training, recruiting, mentoring and recognition of AFLCMC logisticians, ensuring an agile work force capable of meeting the full spectrum of requirements and integrated into the Broad Logistics Enterprise.

Deliver and maintain readiness focused, integrated Enterprise Product Support products and services through an ecosystem designed to drive common, affordable and effective warfighting capabilities across the AF Product Support Enterprise to include acquisition, modernization and sustainment communities.

Provide subject matter expertise and technical content support to programs on the acquisition, inspection and sustainment of technical data.
