Create and execute standards for development, certification, hiring, training, recruiting, mentoring and recognition of AFLCMC logisticians, ensuring an agile work force capable of meeting the full spectrum of requirements and integrated into the Broad Logistics Enterprise.

Develop a unified life cycle logistics enterprise across the acquisition and sustainment landscape through enterprise analysis, digital transformation, and strategic communication.

Provide subject matter expertise to program offices through direct support, standard processes, guidance, training and tools across 12 product support elements; includes assistance/reviews of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Logistics Assessments, Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).

Provide Human Resources support to the entire Logistics career field, as well as Security and Business Operations Support to both the LG-LZ and AQ-AZ Directorates.

Provide subject matter expertise and technical content support to programs on the acquisition, inspection and sustainment of technical data.
