Col Gene Noh is the Director of Intelligence, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for providing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) analysis, information, and support for developing and sustaining warfighting systems, focusing primarily on intelligence strategic planning, future threat definition and assessments, intelligence supportability analysis, intelligence mission data, and ISR infrastructure across the center supporting 14 Portfolio Acquisition Executives, and executes policy in order to sustain over 200 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and 28,000 Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearances across seven geographically separated locations.
Colonel Noh received his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Washington, Seattle, in June 2002 and attended the U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officers Technical Training School at Goodfellow AFB, Texas shortly thereafter. He has served in a variety of assignments in operational, staff, and joint environments, including as Senior Intelligence Officer for two Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wings, Director of Operations and Squadron Commander in the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System, and Group Commander while assigned at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center.
