Colonel JOSEPH G. "Joe" DOLCE Colonel Joseph G. Dolce is the Senior Materiel Leader for the Department of the Air Force Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management’s Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He is responsible for a diverse portfolio executing more than $2 billion annually, providing "cradle-to-grave" support for the Distributed Common Ground System and other C2ISR programs. The C2ISR Division provides worldwide life cycle support across the enterprise, including supply, distribution, materiel management, acquisition, systems engineering, maintenance, financial planning, budgeting, security, flight testing, contracting, and the execution of modernization efforts. Prior to his current role, Col. Dolce served in a key joint assignment as the Director of Acquisitions for the White House Military Office in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he oversaw cost, schedule, and performance requirements for aircraft, communications, and crisis response acquisition strategies in support of the President of the United States. Col. Dolce also completed a staff tour at the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office and served as the Materiel Leader for Network Operations and Sustainment. Col. Dolce has served as a developmental engineer and program manager on various programs, including the B-21, AC-130H/U Gunship, E-8 Joint STARS, and the Massive Ordnance Penetrator. He has also led teams in developing software solutions for the Air Force and Navy, including the Open Mission Systems standard and Cloud One, and has led high-priority electronic warfare programs. Col. Dolce commissioned into the Air Force in 2005 through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps program at Manhattan University, New York. He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Manhattan University and multiple master’s degrees in science, administration and strategic studies.
