JENNIFER L. BAUER Ms. Jennifer L. Bauer serves as Director of Personnel, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. In this role, Bauer is the focal point for all Human Resource management throughout the Center, responsible for coordinated manpower and personnel strategic planning, HR management process improvement and reengineering; management of the Virtual Human Resources (VHR) system for automating HR management processes and data analytics. Bauer provides HR management expertise for approximately 24,000 airman, civilian and contractor employees. Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Bauer served as the Chief, Acquisition and Analytics Division, Personnel Directorate, AFLCMC.
