COLONEL CHADWICK M. STEIPP

Colonel Chadwick M. Steipp is the Deputy Commander, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The 30,000+ members of the center are responsible for total life-cycle management of all Air Force aircraft, engines, munitions, and electronic systems.

In his previous assignment, Col Steipp was the Deputy Program Executive Officer, Mobility Directorate. In this role he led 1,700+ personnel to deliver mobility and air refueling capabilities for global operations. Col Steipp has held leadership, management, and engineering positions across the materiel lifecycle spectrum including as HQ AFMC Deputy Director for Engineering & Technical Management, HQ AFMC A5/8/9 Military Deputy, Joint Staff Budget Analyst, Executive Officer to the Air Force Materiel Command Commander, Materiel Leader for the Joint STARS Recapitalization Program, Program Element Monitor for the KC-46 program, Congressional and Media affairs officer, advanced weapons development lead, propulsion materials laboratory branch chief, and early warning radar systems engineer. His deployed experience includes the NATO Training Mission Afghanistan (NTM-A) through the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and serving as Liaison Officer to the USSOCOM Program Executive Officer for Fixed Wing acquisition.
