Noah J. Briggs

Senior Master Sergeant Noah Briggs is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Mobility and Training Aircraft Directorate at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Senior Briggs serves as a principal advisor to the Program Executive Officer (PEO) on the readiness, morale, health, and welfare for more than 2,100 military, civilian, and contract personnel at six geographically separated locations. Additionally, he serves as the PEO’s representative on numerous Directorate and Center committees, councils, and boards charged with meeting quality of force as well as quality of life needs for the Directorate populace. He is the PEO’s conduit to the enlisted communities across a ~$39 billion dollar portfolio that includes twelve aircraft weapon systems. He forms connections between individuals, team members, and five MAJCOMS that propels life cycle sustainment and innovation. Senior Briggs also acts as an enlisted acquisition ambassador to our Nation’s Foreign Military partners.

Senior Briggs entered the Air Force in October 2008. He completed Aerospace Maintenance technical school in March 2009, and since then has held a variety of heavy maintenance duty positions. He has been involved in contract operations as a Contract Officer Representative in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Senior Briggs has been a key maintenance leader on both the KC-135 and KC-46 weapon systems.

Senior Briggs was a Reserve Police Officer for six years while stationed at McConnell.
