COLONEL JOSHUA P. WILLIAMS Colonel Joshua P. Williams is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for more than 2,600 personnel nationwide and acquisition execution of a $22 billion portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. Prior to that, Colonel Joshua P. Williams was the Senior Materiel Leader, Strategic Warning & Surveillance Systems Directorate, Peterson SFB, Colorado. Colonel Williams was born in Brigham City, Utah and earned his commission as a graduate of the University of Utah’s AFROTC program. He has served as a project manager in the Joint Expeditionary Force Exercise (JEFX), Global Command and Control Air Force (GCCS-AF), Mobile Consolidated Command Center (MCCC), Global Sensor Integrated Network (GSIN), and the F-22 (Increment 3.2A/B) program offices. He also served in HQ AFMC as the Deputy, Senior Leader Management, and completed intermediate development education as an Air Force Fellow, Lean Aerospace Initiative, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Colonel Williams recently completed his senior development education at the Eisenhower School of Strategy and Resourcing and was the Materiel Leader, Air Force Distributed Common Ground System.
