Volunteers pose after receiving the Commander's Public Service Award for their work in responding to a mid-air collision of two USAF C-141 cargo planes. The November 30, 1992 crash killed all 13 on the planes. The volunteers arrived first at the site in remote Harlem, Montana and stayed for weeks, assisting the Air Force by securing the scene and providing information. Courtesy.
