Duncan received the award for his achievements while serving as the Airspace Mission Planning Division’s senior materiel leader, a position he relinquished during the ceremony. The division is part of the Department of the Air Force’s Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management. Cropsey is C3BM’s program executive officer.
