Members of the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard fold the U.S. flag during the interment with full military honors of the fifth Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Robert D. Gaylor, Feb. 10, 2024 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Texas. Gaylor championed Air Force professional military education in the late 1960s and 1970s before he was promoted to Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force in 1977.
