EITaaS team conducts Wave 1 roadshow in preparation for DAF-wide rollout
A client-systems technician from the 509th Communications Squadron communications support center installs a new battery into a computer. The Enterprise Information Technology as a Service “Wave 1” transition team, headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., conducted a roadshow at eight Air and Space Force installations June 26 to Aug. 4 where they worked with select communication squadrons to gather feedback and lessons learned, address questions and concerns about the transition to Wave 1, and identify and overcome potential challenges to implementation.
