Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., presents his coin to U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Justin Burke, a 99th Airlift Squadron communications system operator, at the conclusion of an aircraft delivery ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, Md. Nov. 3, 2021.
