This is my story: Lance Cpl. Kamerin Hervey- injured but unbroken

U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Kamerin Hervey, an administrative law clerk with the Legal Services Support Section, Headquarters and Support Battalion, conducts a bicep curl on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 22, 2021. Hervey is a wheelchair bound active duty Marine due to his bilateral tibia stress fractures in both shins. He was injured during the initial Combat Fitness Test at recruit training, but he does not let it hold him back. Every day has its own set of challenges, but through courage and persistence Hervey stays true to himself and others. Hervey is a native of Longmont, Colorado. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
