At Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., the ealry part of the runway replacement, contractors cut concrete on the runway construction site. The Air Force Civil Engineer Center, in collaboration with Little Rock AFB, Air Force Installation Contracting Center and Air Force Installation Mission Support Center Detachment 9, awarded a $180 million contract to complete the runway replacement at the base.
