Pam Cowns serves as Tinker’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Coordinator. She has worked in the SAPR office for five years, but has also spent time as a program manager for the F101 engine, worked with the C21 program and served in the U.S. Army for 28 years, retiring as a first sergeant. Cowns is originally from Mustang, Oklahoma, but calls Midwest City her home. She loves spending time with her children and five grandchildren. Cowns like helping people.
