Team members’ innovative methods advance test operations for AEDC hypersonic propulsion facility

Gareth Penfold, an instrumentation, data and control engineer, views the digital database he created to track calibration requirements for test, measurement and diagnostic equipment used in the AEDC Aerodynamic and Propulsion Test Unit at Arnold Air Force Base. The calibration records were previously kept in binders, then moved to a spreadsheet and now are tracked via the database created by Penfold.
