Croft to take over as new AFLCMC command chief

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Chief Master Sgt. Troie Croft has been selected to become the next command chief for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.

Croft, currently the senior enlisted advisor for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in Springfield, Virginia and will take over from Chief Master Sergeant Michelle R. Thorsteinson-Richards who is scheduled to retire in February.

In his new role, Croft will be AFLCMC’s senior enlisted leader on matters influencing the combat readiness, health, welfare, morale, effective utilization and quality of life for more than 26,000 people center-wide.

He brings a wealth of leadership experience to the table, having served in numerous roles within the squadron, group, center, wing, major command headquarters and national intelligence agency level.

Croft entered the Air Force in 1992.
