The 102nd Intelligence Wing's precision measurement equipment laboratory (PMEL) welcomed the installation of a state-of-the-art wind tunnel system, the first of its kind in the United States Air Force, on Otis Air National Guard Base (ANGB), beginning Sept. 15, 2025.
