Lt. Gen. Donna Shipton, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center commander, presided over the Assumption of Leadership ceremony for James Moore as he became the new director of AFLCMC’s Air Force Metrology and Calibration (AFMETCAL) program on Feb. 27.
