Ten years ago, the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center was activated as part of AFMC’s 5-Center reorganization. AFLCMC stood up as an organization on 9 July 2012 and began incorporating directorates from former AFMC Centers to achieve its current configuration on 20 July.
