MISSION:
Conduct enterprise resource management and support for AFLCMC.

The Business Operations Division is a multi-functional team that directly serves top leadership and each member of the Center through numerous processes supporting strategic management and alignment of resources for every Program.

Collects, prioritizes and provides Center commander recommendation on both the Center POM disconnects and initiatives as well as the AFLCMC Lead portfolio.

Manages entire strategic facility management process from initial space requests to off base acquisition and utilization.

Ensures efficient execution of the Center’s Transition Support Plans, and Program Executive Officer Assignment.
