Terrence Reynolds bio portraitMr. Terrence L. Reynolds is the Director of the Information Protection Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He guides the execution of DoD/DAF policy and developing Center-wide processes for Information Protection (IP) programs, to include Information Security, Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Acquisition Security, International Programs Security, Operations Security, Scientific and Technical Information Program, and Program Protection planning.  Manages human capital initiatives to develop a highly competent and professional Center security workforce of more than 400 personnel focused on integrating security effectively into acquisition processes.

IPA International Programs Security and Antiterrorism/Force Protection

As AFLCMC’s and Department of the Air Force Functional Support Office (FSO) for International Program Security, integrate security discipline into acquisition processes to protect USAF and Partner Nation weapon systems, sensitive technology, Antiterrorism/Force Protection and related information vital to our success

IPR RESOURCE AND WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

Supports the IP Center Senior Functional (CSF) in managing the functional workforce and providing highly skilled Security personnel to Center organizations. This includes all facets of force development processes, manpower actions, personnel actions and functional training management.  Also supports the IP Directorate in tracking and managing daily unit operations and activities.

IPP Program Protection, Digital Transformation and Security Classification Guides

Provide guidance, direction, coordination, and oversight of as the AFLCMC’s FSO for technology and program protection, digital transformation and Security Classification Guidance.

IPC COLLATERAL SECURITY PROGRAMS

Provide guidance, direction, coordination, and oversight of collateral security programs to Commanders, Directors, Security Managers and others in security management.  This includes Information, Industrial, Personnel and Operations Security Programs as well as Scientific and Technology Information (STINFO) protection, and the Insider Threat Program.
