HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center will host its next Focus Week Oct. 21-25.
This quarterly initiative provides AFLCMC personnel with training opportunities to enhance leadership and acquisition skills, along with personal development, while earning continuous learning points.
“To make Focus Week successful, AFLCMC relies heavily on subject matter experts from within our own functional workforce that are willing to teach courses in key subject areas,” Jason Sibrel, Focus Week program manager, said. “Having courses taught by our own subject matter experts allows Focus Week to remain a low-cost event that is able to provide the acquisition workforce their required continuous learning points while providing a direct transfer of knowledge of the unique skill sets within AFLCMC.”
The latest iteration of Focus Week offers more than 130 courses.
Attendance is open to military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Contractors require approval from a government point of contact to comply with training contract requirements.
For enrollment and more information on Focus Week courses, visit the detailed course catalog on the CAC-enabled Focus Week homepage.
