HR professionals partner with manpower, functional management teams, and program offices to effectively shape and balance the workforce, provide workforce with career development policies/programs and services to maximize contributions and mission accomplishment, deliver high-quality personnel programs and services to improve customer's ability to focus on their mission, and lastly management of information systems for automating processes and data analytics to deliver comprehensive information/results that assist organizations/management with strategic planning and process improvements/re-engineering.
