The Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) is designed to show that the DOD Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics workforce can be improved by providing civilian employees with a flexible, responsive personnel system that rewards employee contribution and provides managers with greater authority over personnel actions. The knowledge gained will stimulate employee development by showing employees how to advance in their career by taking on increased responsibility.
