Senior Master Sergeant Walter D. Lall Senior Master Sergeant Walter D. Lall is the Senior Enlisted Leader of the Presidential and Executive Airlift Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. He serves as the principle senior enlisted leader and advisor to the Program Executive Officer on all matters influencing the health, morale, welfare, training, readiness, professional development, quality of life and effective utilization of more than 400 military and civilian employees that support the planning and execution of all life cycle activities related to recapitalization of Air Force One and E-4B aircraft, and sustainment of the current Air Force One, E-4B, C-12, C-32, C37, and C-40 aircraft. Senior Master Sergeant Lall grew up in Queens, New York. He enlisted in the Air Force in September 2005. His background includes a diverse construct, to include positions as Survivable Airborne Operations Division Superintendent, VC-25A AMU Superintendent, C-32 Section Chief, Wing Plans & Programs Superintendent, Air Force One Electrical & Environmental Craftsman, Quality Assurance Inspector, and F-16 Electrical & Environmental Craftsman. His assignments include bases in Arizona, Republic of Korea, Germany, and Maryland. Senior Master Sergeant Lall has deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and NEW DAWN and supported Operation ODYSSEY DAWN.
