Chief Master Sergeant Juancarlos Cueto is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Directorate, Agile Combat Support and Chief of Acquisitions and Sustainment for Aircrew Flight Equipment at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He is the principal advisor to the Director on matters affecting the professional development, health, morale, welfare, and utilization of 1,600 Total Force personnel responsible for executing $8.2 billion annually in Air Force Funds. The directorate’s six geographically-separated divisions provide materiel solutions and acquisition life cycle management for simulators, support equipment and vehicles, electronic warfare and avionics, human systems, automatic test systems, and metrology and calibration to meet Air Force operational needs.

CMSgt Cueto has extensive experience in both technical and administrative positions and has effectively led at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. He has been assigned to bases in North Carolina, the Republic of Korea, Italy, Germany, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas, Hawaii, the United Kingdom, New Jersey and Ohio. He has been deployed in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING and IRAQI FREEDOM, ODYSSEY DAWN, NATO-led UNIFIED PROTECTOR, and ALLIES REFUGE.
