The Air Force intends to conduct Industry Days to discuss the National Air & Space Intelligence Center’s (NASIC) Advisory Support and Technical Requirement Administration (ASTRA) requirement.

The Air Force will conduct an Industry Day to discuss the ASTRA requirements outlined in this notice and the Performance Work Statement. The purpose of this Industry Day is to further engage with Industry to gather additional information to support on-going market research. In addition, time will be set aside for one-on-one meetings with Government representatives for each company/team to discuss its capability to meet the requirements.

EVENT DETAILS:
Location: The Industry Day general meeting, open to all interested contractors, will be hosted at NASIC (4180 Watson Way, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433) from 8:00 a.m. EST to approximately 11:00 a.m. EST on Monday, 3 March 2025. Contractors can bring up to (four) 4 Secret Collateral Cleared individuals to the meeting.

Notification of attendance is required NO LATER THAN 1:00 p.m. EST, 27 February 2025, submitted by e-mail to Margaret Lennen at margaret.lennen@us.af.mil, Meredith Budding at meredith.budding@us.af.mil, Andrea Carney at andrea.carney@us.af.mil, and Megan Moening at megan.moening@us.af.mil. Please provide the names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses of the attendees (no more than four (4)) and include:

A. Company name and address,
B. Business size and cage code
C. Confirmation that Visitor Access Request (VAR) for each individual has been submitted by the company security officer to NASIC’s Security Office at SMO CODE: SSO NASIC.
D. If your company would like to request a one-on-one session

One-on-one meetings will be scheduled following the general conference and will be reserved alphabetically. One-on-one meetings will be scheduled March 3, 2025 – March 6, 2025. Participating companies will be allotted up to 45 minutes for the one-on-one session with the Government. You will be notified of the industry day agenda, to include your one-on-one date and time, no later than 10:00 a.m. EST, 28 February 2025. Contractors who have specific questions they would like the Government to address may submit them in advance to the contacts identified above. If you did not provide an official response to the RFI, contractors are still invited to participate in the Industry Days.

INDUSTRY DAY RESPONSE GUIDANCE:
For the one-on-one session, the Government will provide feedback on RFI findings for your specific company and competitors will not be discussed. During the one-on-one meetings you may address the company or teaming venture's capability to meet NASIC’s requirements as outlined in the original RFI.

SOURCES SOUGHT RESPONSE GUIDANCE:
If you DID NOT respond to the original RFI, you may do so now under separate cover (not part of the one-on-one briefing). If you responded previously and have changes to your original submittal, italicize new information and strike through replaced information. If you do not plan to attend industry day, responses shall be emailed to Margaret Lennen at margaret.lennen@us.af.mil AND Meredith Budding at meredith.budding@us.af.mil by 1:00 p.m. EST, 26 February 2025.

This Industry Day/RFI is part of ongoing Government conducted market research for planning purposes. It is NOT a solicitation. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does NOT intend to award a contract based on this notice. The Government will NOT provide reimbursement for costs associated with this request. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. Such information will be reviewed by a team comprised of Government employees in preparation of an acquisition strategy. All members of the team will be reminded of their obligation to protect such information to the maximum extent required. The Government reserves the right not to reply to information received. The information submitted by respondents may be used to develop an acquisition strategy. The information in this notice is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to any formal release of an RFP.
