We agree: Data rights and patents can be daunting and lead to a myriad of questions.

An understanding of these concepts is essential to maintaining your rights and ownership of intellectual property developed or used in the performance of DoD contracts.
For this collider we are pleased to have two of the Department of the Air Force’s leading experts in data rights and patents who will be breaking these topics down for small business; Dr. Chastity Whitaker, Attorney Advisor, Secretary of the Air Force General Council Office (SAF/GCQ), and Stephanie Burris, Chief, Data Rights and Intellectual Property Law and Policy, Office of the Command Counsel, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC/JAQ).
