Rogers nominated for promotion to brigadier general
The nomination must be confirmed by a vote in the U.S. Senate in order for the promotion to be approved.

Rogers became PEO for ISR/SOF in Jan. 2020. In this position, he is responsible for more than 2,600 personnel nationwide and acquisition execution of a $22 billion portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms and related sub-systems.
A 1997 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, he has experience on a number of significant acquisition programs including Global Position System, Upgraded Early Warning Radar, Air and Space Operations Center Weapon System, F-35 Lightning II, JSTARS Recapitalization and the KC-46.
