SENIOR MASTER SERGEANT ADRIAN G. GALCIK

SMSgt Adrian G. Galcik portraitSMSgt Adrian G. Galcik is the First Sergeant, Headquarters, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. She serves as the commanders’ focal point for monitoring the health, welfare, discipline, and morale of the centers 28,000 total force Airmen. She also serves as the commander’s principal advisor on quality force actions and mentors Airmen assigned to the unit on career progression, education, retraining, retention, retirement and separation programs. Sergeant Galcik is the commander’s liaison for medical recovery and support programs. Additionally, she acts as the unit representative on a myriad of advisory, disciplinary, and support boards for two Command Chief Master Sergeants and several military and family support agencies. Finally, as an expeditionary leader, he ensures personnel comply with Air Force and organizational policies, sustaining a mission ready force.
