Air Force Materiel Command Command leaders participate in a panel focused on Leading with Diversity and Inclusion during the inaugural Air Force Materiel Command Women's Leadership Symposium, Nov. 13. The two-day event drew more than 250 attendees from across the command, with keynote speakers, issue-focused panels and collaborative networking discussions designed to empower women to help foster workplace environments that embrace diversity and promote leadership growth throughout the organization.
